The room was too cold. It did not heat up to our acceptance. It is winter and with a small child in 16°C is rather cold and both the child and the mother got sick.

Das Zimmer war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Blick in dir Berge vom Balkon war atemberaubend. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich gewesen. Das Frühstück war spitze.
Leider gibt es derzeit 11/2024 einen leichten Renovierungsstau in der gesamten Anlage, Schwimmbad, Saunabereich und Eingangsbereich Aufzug Haus Ludwig2 sollten mal saniert werden.
Trotzdem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genießen können und daher empfehle ich dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter!

Von allem zuwenig
Es fehlt an allem.
In erster Linie zu wenig Personal.
Zimmerreinigung nur auf Bestellung, geht garnicht!
Die Küche ist so lala.
Servicpersonal ist hilflos überfordert, da nicht ausreichend vorhanden. Teilweise ist das Personal der Sprache nicht unmissverständlich mächtig. Das Reinigungspersonal überhaupt nicht. Mussten teilweise mit dem Googelübersetzter kommunizieren.
Lange Wartezeiten beim Frühstück auf einen saueren Tisch.
Schmutzige Tischdeken wurden nur mit frischen Decken überdeckt.
Die Aussenanlagen sind in misserablem Zustand.
Löschhydranten sind ausser Betrieb.
MÜLL wird auf den Terassen gelagert. Zwischen den Terassenplatten sprießt neuer Urwald.
Bin Vielreiser, ca. 150 Hotelübernachtungen pro Jahr.
So etwas habe ich bis heute auch in den hintersten Ecken Osteuropas in dieser Hotellklasse nicht gesehen.

Top Hotel
Unser großes Zimmer erstreckte sich über 2 Stockwerke. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Ok 1x Bettwäsche hat gefehlt...wurde aber promt nachgereicht.

Familienfreundlich mit ein paar Makel
Das Essen war super lecker, der Service war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
Die Bowling Bahn war etwas sehr veraltet.
Der Aqua Park könnte geplflegter aussehen. (Schimmel an ein paar stellen an und im Becken). Die Zimmeraufteilung war optimal sowie ein schöner Blick auf die Berge. Die Einrichtung ist veraltet aber alles funktionsfähig.
Für Familien mit Kinder sehr zu empfehlen.
